Clean facilities, great prices, and wonderful staff who can keep an eye on your kids while you swim in the large pool. A perfect spot for parents.

I am disappointed with the customer service I experienced when calling Morrisville Aquatic Center. I called on two separate occasions, once to inquire about membership discounts and another time to ask about trying an aquatic aerobics class. Both times, the staff member who answered the phone was rude. One call was answered by a male employee and the other by a female employee. In both interactions, I felt talked over rather than listened to. They seemed confused by my questions, but instead of asking for clarification, their tone came across as judgmental and dismissive. For many potential members, the front desk staff are the first point of contact and play a major role in creating a positive impression of the facility. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and discouraged from pursuing membership or participating in programs offered by the center. I wanted to share this feedback because customer service matters, and I hope management will address these concerns. A more courteous and professional approach would go a long way toward making prospective members feel valued and respected.

Great place , decent hygiene & pocket friendly!! Has multiple level of pools for different ages. Their swimming program is run by a very talented & a hard working coordinator however the learning experience for your kid could vary depending on the instructor you get. But it’s definitely worth a shot for your little - intermediate to swim team - all level kiddos / adults .

One star since the space was aesthetically appealing, and one star for the very smart and convenient swimsuit dryer in the locker room. If not for those, I'd have nothing good to say... There were two rude lifeguards, but one was worse than the other. One literally yelled at a kid as if he was their parent or something. You can tell a child something without being loud and aggressive--be professional. Unless that is considered professional at this location 👀👀👀 Also, the one 3'6" pool area for recreation swimming is incredibly small for all the people that were in there. I know the pool is chlorinated, but it was also gross to see people spit in the pool, put boogers in the pool, and one child held a squirt pool toy up to his privates and simulated the act of peeing in the pool... INFRONT OF two little girls (one being my daughter). No one reprimanded him on inappropriate behavior for that though... absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

We came here from Ky for a swim meet in Cary. Our son needed to do a workout after the drive. We were greeted by friendly & helpful staff. The lifegaurds were also very helpful & made sure he got a lane & got his workout in in their wonderful pool. Thank you!
